i adore everything kate winslet does and this was no exception --

she takes such daring roles, and roles 

that are not always glamorous--

although she totally is!

i absolutely loved (and hated) her co-star Guy Pearce

i cannot wait to read the book now!

movie mania & natalie overload

friday night was my night out to the movies

and after a long week of horrible commutes 1.5 hours and more every day, one way, my friend and i decided on some light-hearted fun and eye candy

i love.LOVE. ashton and natalie, too, but there was no story line to this flick whatsoever!

so, an hour into it, we switched movies and went to see the highly talked about...

now i knew this movie was supposed to be dark, but omg, it was like a horror film! i screamed, hid my eyes and literally jumped into my friend's shoulder at times.

well-acted, yes, but not my type of show.

we left the theater at 12:30 am exhausted....from one extreme of movie to the next.

it was actually nice to watch this with muffy for the 100th time saturday evening!

movie date night

i'm so excited about our movie date night tonite!

 

i love.love.love to go to the movies, 

and i am a huge leonardo dicaprio fan, 

so we're going to see the much-talked about inception!

we're going to the new luxe theater 

where you sit in recliners and servers 

can bring you dinner and drinks! 

now that's a way to see a movie!

i have loved leo from the titanic days 

and think he and kate winslet are a perfect on-screen couple!

i can't wait to see you tonite, leo!
