berry picking

one of my favorite moments 

from my week in tennessee 

was berry picking with my parents and muffy.

it was a gorgeous, sunny morning and three generations 

(plus my sweet daddy) 

spent hours out in the raspberry and blueberry bushes 

just picking till our hearts were content!

a fabulous blueberry cobbler that afternoon and fresh blueberry pancakes followed!

i'm back in massachusetts now. back to work. muffy is back at school. 

but our hearts will forever be home in the south!
