faux real
there are knock-offs and then there are knock-offs!
i love lilly so much, and usually become very upset
when someone tries to steal her look, becuase let's face it...
1) you could NEVER really do it and
2) i want, and want muffy to have, the real deal!
i mean who could compete with this?

(boy does that child grow fast!)
i found some very, VERY cute little lilly-look-alikes at gymboree.
the
elephant flower dress from the flower bazaar collection
the elephant parade tee from the flower bazaar collectionand considering the cost, and the rate muffy is shooting up, this was a no-brainer!
i just hope it's not considered disloyal!
time for CAKE!
as a southern girl, i absolutely LOVE red velvet cake...
but up north there is just no place to find it!
most bakeries won't even TRY to make it.
that's why, i'm pleased to announce
the newest assortment of little debbie snack cakes
you know, those cute little cellophane-wrapped treats
mom used to pack in your lunch box?
well, say good-bye to the nutty bars and oatmeal creme pies
and meet my newest delight!

all-day easter
what a beautiful easter sunday we had in the northeast...
i'm hoping yours was gorgeous, too
(muffy's first easter had SNOW on the ground!)
we had a low-key day, but enjoyed most of it outside,
with the exception of church and dinner...
here's a look at muffy morning, noon & night

easter greetings
best face forward
in fact, when i first started to wear makeup she booked me a meeting with the local mary kay consultant so that i could learn about skin care first,
then the art of applying makeup.
i love to try new products -- and believe me, i've tried them all!
from drugstore regimens to high-end boutique products,
but one line has surpassed them all....

i love to try new products -- and believe me, i've tried them all!
from drugstore regimens to high-end boutique products,
but one line has surpassed them all....
and have consultants worldwide (much like avon, mary kay, etc.)
but as far as I can tell, their products are the best!
nighttime skin care regime (facial wash, scrub, toner and moisturizer)
but as far as I can tell, their products are the best!
nighttime skin care regime (facial wash, scrub, toner and moisturizer)i wash my face EVERY night, no matter how late i am out... old makeup is not good for your skin -- it clogs the pores and soils pillowcases (gross, gross!)
then i apply this little miracle
this cream really works -- i have seen lines
in my forehead and around my eyes literally disappear!
and as a weekly treat i do a little microderm abrasion treatment
and buff off dead skinin my forehead and around my eyes literally disappear!
and as a weekly treat i do a little microderm abrasion treatment of course these products cost a little more, but if they defy wrinkles, leave my skin feeling super smooth and healthy and with a lively glow, it's money well spent, and like mama always says, "put your best face forward!"
