disney dreaming

we are disney dreaming and planning our vacation!
(what better to do when the forecast calls for
MORE SNOW!)

(mr prep, my mom, muffy and my dad--2007)
we went to disney world when muffy was just 2 years old, so this will be an entirely different experience for us, since she will be 6 1/2 when we go this time.
(muffy meeting mickey mouse for the first time--2007)

we're planning on going to both disney and universal
(she loves harry potter and we cannot wait to see the entire section devoted to the young wizard!)

please send me your must-dos....
places to stay, visit, where to eat, etc!

  1. Sounds like so much fun!!! I've actually never been to Disney World (or Land for that matter)! I hate rides and just wasn't a Disney fan when I was little so I have not idea on the top places to stay and eat at! But we actually might be at Disneyland in October. My cousin is an imagineer for Disney out in LA and he's supposed to be getting married in Oct (but the wedding might be called off we don't know) but we have flights so we'll be out to LA no matter what! Can't wait to hear about the planning and trip! Muffy will have a blast!!!

  4. I go there at least once a year for cheerleading nationals and my recommendation (if you want to get the WHOLE disney experience) is to stay at a disney resort! they are super close to the parks and have prettyy good food. There are other great hotels around Orlando though! My family has had a timeshare in Orlando since I was 5 so we go there every year. Make sure to get a park hopper because you ABSOLUTELY can't make it to all 4 parks in one day. It is impossible!
