off and running


dear fabulous, cushiony sneakers,

you have done your part. you promised to help me stay in shape,
tone my abs, loose a couple lbs., and help me stride
confidently into spring and summer.


it's me who has neglected you --

working long hours, forgetting you in a smelly gym locker.


i've missed you!
let's go on a long walk
(maybe run if we're ambitious?) and get re-acquainted.
we need to work at this relationship a little bit better than the past few weeks.

want to, need to, exercise, but time just slips away?

  1. Oh yes girl! I had been doing so good for a couple months...exercising 4 or 5 times a week and it was wonderful! Unfortunately I got busy and tired of exercising. haha I need to get back on track!!!

  8. Oh goodness it shocks me how fast time flies by! I was going to get in shape starting Jan 2nd...almost 4 months later I havnt even started!
